The
Super Chevy Show from FBR in Phoenix, AZ

Super Chevy Show
series is the largest car show and drag racing
attraction in the world! For 2002, AutoStar
Productions celebrates the 22nd season of Super Chevy
Shows at 21 premier drag racing facilities, putting a
Super Chevy Show within an easy drive of the vast
majority of the U.S. and Canadian population. Whether
you are a drag racer, car show participant, building a
project car or a Motorsports fan looking for a fun,
affordable weekend, the Super Chevy Show is for you.
The drag racing
"Pro Show" hit the track twice on Saturday
and Sunday, featuring "Nitro Coupes", the
world's fastest and quickest "doorslammer"
cars…and they are raced ONLY at Super Chevy Shows!
300-mph jet cars ride a 40-foot fountain of fire at
every show except Pomona (darn noise regulations) and
there are always crowd-pleasing wheelstanders and
exhibition cars. Racing superstars such as "Big
Daddy" Don Garlits are ready to meet and sign
autographs for their fans at many of the Super Chevy
Shows.
Combine all of this
with the "bracket racket" of the largest
sportsman racing series in the world and you have
non-stop excitement for the drag racing fan.
The car show is by far the largest single-make show
series in the world, and every Super Chevy Show is
featured in the pages of fine Primedia publications
such as Super Chevy, Street Rodder, Custom Rodder,
Classic Trucks and Vette magazines. Television
coverage is broadcast on ESPN2, so keep a smile on
your face and a shine on that chrome!
If you are shopping for
parts to take your Chevrolet project "to the next
level", you will find great show special pricing
on the latest new parts in the Performance and
Restoration Marketplace, and rare used parts in the
Swap Meet at every event. Shopping for a car? You can
find everything from project cars to "Gold
Class" classics for sale in the Super Chevy Show
Car Corral.
