March 17, 2004 - AHDRA will make its first Western appearance of the 2004 season on March 27th and 28th at Firebird International Raceway in Phoenix, AZ, in conjunction with Arizona Bike Week.

The Rivera Engineering-Primo Belt Drives Arizona Bike Week Nationals Presented By Chandler Harley-Davidson and Arrowhead Harley-Davidson will host fourteen classes of competition, including a monster field of Screamin' Eagle Nitro Harleys that reach speeds of up to 220 miles per hour.

Racing gets under way on Saturday, March 27th, with qualifying at 9:00 a.m.; on Sunday, March 28th, eliminations begin with sportsman classes at 9:00 a.m. and the Pros taking the track at 12:30 p.m.

Admission is $40 for both days and $25 for single-day passes. Children 11 and under are admitted free, and H.O.G. members receive a $5 discount at the gate.

Rivera Engineering and Primo Belt Drives will proudly return as title sponsor of this premiere event at Firebird International Raceway. AHDRA will provide race bike displays at both dealerships. Riders also will be on hand to present a nitro preview as they fire up their machines on site at the dealerships.
